It’s okay to disobey
fine to just disregard
spend your money
pay for services
absolution has a cost
more tempest tossed
caught in crevices
no milk or honey
feeling Satan’s chard
you’re course to stay;

Sabbath Days come
and then they go
another day to pass
games and freedom
some to church go
then quickly to a show
never seeking a kingdom
after attending a mass
surely nothing to know
this is only for some!
