Vain and
wicked are the people
who seek
signs and wonders
denying
that which is before them
fulfilling
of the Scriptures and Prophets
notwithstanding
many prayers offered
still to
seek and pretend not to see
how
strange is the hold of satan
embracing
the many within lies
notwithstanding
freedom to know
truth
from guile wealth from pelf!
Helaman 16:23 And notwithstanding the signs and the wonders
which were wrought among the people of the Lord, and the many miracles which
they did, Satan did get great hold upon the hearts of the people upon all the
face of the land.
