the box unopened
laying idle
in the corner
items
within now ignored
aging
and simply there
as
within our memories
living
shadow lives for us
sometimes
ignited quick
others
as if never been
unopened
wounds heal
otherwise
maybe fester
needing
to be opened
cleansing
before closed
shadow
lives unreal
shadow
lives lived!
