fearless
on the outside
beards
filled with ice
bows
drawn firing quick
shields
deflecting most
closer
the boats converge
boarders
ready to jump
some
long boats ramming
strong
bows with hulls
fierce
and fully aware
learning
of the living
bemoaning
for the dead!
