Somewhere
in an abyss
forgotten
covenants made
putting
aside the Scriptures
accepting
the lies of deceit
creating
a greater void
without
love, honor, virtue
forgoing
family and life
ignoring
the inner feelings
promptings
of the Spirit
replaced
with a coldness
chilling
and immobilizing
becoming
a lacuna cipher
nothing
on the inside
nothing
of eternal value
those
who would destroy
killing
the Constitution
killing
free will or choice
committing
fraud always
following
that which kills
the Scriptures
no longer
prayers
forbidden to voice
an abyss
now found here!
