Peaceful surroundings
nothing appears amiss
yet frightened people
looking all about quick
running and scared
wondering when next
spraying bridges begins
hoping a couple minutes
till in some shelter found
wartime in peacetime all
terrorists caring not which
killing, maiming, fear
not caring of the who
even if it’s found them!
