This is
hard to swallow
all my
life in the swamps
then
humans removed
built
homes-buildings
removing
my home
into the
lakes and ponds
along
the river banks
exposing
our young
osprey
overhead to eat
hiding
in drainage pipes
created
a gator
nice at
one time
now so
many afraid
hit by
golf balls as well
so much
for life in swamps!
