Childhood
visions of wonder
all the
things I might be
riding
on the clouds passing
sometimes
a storm head
sailing
the great heavens
deep
into the woods going
finding
little animals of fur
delving
into mathematics too
deep
science clusters seen
all this
and so much more
my
imagination carrying me
where
schools allowed me not
stealing
away my childhood
never my
visions of wonder!
