How many in years
past
watching loved
disappear
wondering if someday
they’ll magically
reappear;
Gone to sea on
ship/plane
over the horizon out
of sight
while left behind to
wait
into each day and
night;
A widows walk being
known
where the loved ones
watch
treading the cliffs
over seas
praying a
successful watch!
