Having only met him once

Stake Conference Kingsland

I knew he was my friend

And that in some small way

I was his friend as well

we shook hands often

over two days meetings

ever so busy as always

his spirit was embracing

often times remembering

friendship and be many

while time is man’s measure

Father’s time is eternal

he is my friend always

and I like many – his

only some meeting held

meeting him only once!
