Forty years of influence

meeting on one occasion

having him call me by name

‘any more questions, Chuck?’

I’d asked many when able

‘you’re a convert aren’t you?’

wore white shirt with stripes

(Joyce had told me to wear

my best shirt and this new)

precious and sacred time

re-listening over his talks

finding my daily guidance

helping our family to grow

Brother Packer is our model

and thus this tribute to him!)
