First coming into the
bright lights
birthing rooms in
hospitals that way
blinded to say the
least to all around
slowly adjusting able
to see more
what a wonderful
profusion of color
seeing into outer space
spectrums
moons beside Pluto and
more
seeing into the future
and past
searching eyes now
fading fast
seeking less light so
blinding
sleeping more
remembering
now departing the bright
lights!
