watching the night – heat lighting all around – Corinne watching in awe –
asking what it was – I told it was Father’s Show for those who’ll watch – c/ork

Alone in a hospital
room
suddenly the screen
opened
the great show began
like just for my view
heat lightning pulsing
moments when so alone
lightning darts as well
never a sound heard
just Father’s show
alone but comforted
from my health
in my room tonight!
