over the years
have had a lot of fun
working with Marines
we’d tease each other
but always in respect
backbone-courage
honor-valor-strength
defending our nation
defending our
Constitution
watching over the sheep
leading the way forward
today gritting their
teeth
as the shame of crooks
(politicians to most)
today is their day
leading the way
knowing we’re here
covering their six!
