ageless our
relationship
within
touching distance
our
minds melding one
finding strength’s
emotion
guiding
me when young
yet
passing the veil
mortalities
testing done
tender
feelings of love
wherein
knowing truth
caring
and sharing happy
each
able to grow more
knowing
the other well
one the
senior – junior
one the
librarian – student
one the
teacher – vulnerable
giving
of life’s lessons free
extracting
friendships care
passing
of a close friend
yet in
memory still present!
