One day
closer to honor
which we
should daily
those
who gave all for us
whether
KIA – MIA or alive
forsaking
home and safety
putting
their lives on the line
seeking
not to conquer others
just to
maintain their freedoms
their families
and their nation
seeking
not to enslave another
only to
defend what’s precious
so idiot
people can protest
trash
the street and stores
scream
their hatred aloud
only in
America can one do
over and
over again disgrace
shown
for those we’ll honor
for the
right to live free
not to
be civil disobedient
yet only
in America found
what’s
precious combined
with
that which is corrupt!
