Was it the burning
heat
or the freezing iced
snow
pushing wagons in the
mud
fighting the elements
combined
mazes of no trails
then hope
some pulling hand
carts
other walking beside
behind
endless miles ahead
unseen
mazes of dreams or
illusions
going to the valley
ahead
climbing one mountain
only to see another
and more
mazes of the trek
west
only now remembered
by those who seek
this maze!
