Moving
from one step to another
once long
ago in a crib (really)
then
moving to wherever falling
sleeping
and regenerating always
soon
into my own bed – small
now at
five into a full size bed
oh to be
five years old again
as this
young boy is now
joyfully
engaged in life
learning
and discerning all
oh to be
five years (smile)!
