Hearing the news
carried by loved ones
embraces to behold
feelings of grief
groaning within
knowing of us all
having lived for each
suffering his death
that we might live
eternally with Him
joining His Father
in courts on high
yet this Sabbath Day
most somewhere
but not with Him
ignoring his pleas
to come follow Him
thus our Savior
the Father’s Son
recorded in scripture
John 11:35 ‘Jesus wept’
for whom he gave all
and they love him not.

“If you love me –
keep my Commandments”
John 14:15
