Even so peaceful
quiet embraces day
then suddenly alert
quickened within
ever so restfully
being patient again
till unexpected stirring
quickened within
thus over and over
feeling a miracle
sensing the Spirit
as an unborn child
announces arrival
kicking and pushing
quickening within
then again quiet
peacefully to rest!
