Early each morning to kneel

especially on the Sabbath

opening up our hearts full

yet are our minds so open

do we listen to what we say

and then to what we hear?

For in prayer the veil sheer

when in honesty we pray

we’ve a need to be open

our wetware not to pull

especially on the Sabbath

early each morning to feel!
